Web-server (on Lighttpd) and iOS device

I have "box" (Sorry web-site only in Russian language), it's box with router, sd-reader and web-server. I have ipa with application that should work with this "box", but there porblem. I can't install it because i don't have jailbreak (Name of application Wi-fi drive and Yes, I'm sure that app store doesn't have it). That application allow to upload photosvideos and files from it folder. So my question.. Does someone know any application that allow me to do the same, but can be installed without jailbreak? All application that i was able to find only, or create web-server, or work only with SMPFTPSFTP etc. P.S. Sorry if my English causes sore in your eyes.
