java to C++ P2P connection

I am looking for a library that can help implement P2P connection between some sort of peers (written in java and C++), the library should also solve NAT traversal problem. I just need to have an ability to lookup peers and establish a pure socket connection.

The P2P network may be centralized or hybrid. It does not make sense.

Is there any open source such a library?
