Can i create a pen pressure sensitivity? IN PC (In any program available) [on hold]

I want to create a pen pressure data in window. Can i create a pen pressure sensitivity?

As for adjusting the pressure using the speed.(In photoshop, sai-tool, etc)

I am not good at English. sorry :(

(Is there any way to using Java? jTablet is only just sense , it can't be create a pressure.)
