convert wrf output from NetCDF format to text file

Dear all i have a numerical weather model called WRF and have an output file from it like wrfout_2014-12-16_06 in netcdf format containing many variables i want to extract some variables from that file into text file so i can plot that variable values on a map using NCL scripts . thanks in advance
