Automate an iOS app (that's not mine)

There is an iOS graphics app that has graphics filter that simply doesn't exist in any other app, on iOS, Android, or desktop.

I want to use one of its filters in a script. But it seems that there is no way to automate an iOS app that I did not develop.

Desktop and Android are of course easy to automate.

Is there hack or workaround that will (with a lot of trouble) simply tap a button on this app when my script asks for it? ...That doesn't involve robotic finger?
