Save the details in a random access file. Use ‘struct’ to define a record which contain the bill number (0 to 1000), telephone number, month, customer first name, last name and amount to be paid. Telephone number should be of character data type with length 10 characters. Use string functions for selecting the first 3 digits of the telephone number.
