So here is a link to a youtube video describing what happened.
I'll continue under the assumption that you saw the video. Important note is that the image is not used in the code anywhere as of yet. The image in question was a png that I had created using GIMP editing software. I added that image to my project and immediately it broke movement and contact. These were things completely unrelated to the picture. After removing that picture my project would work again and movement and contact would be fine. However; if I added any other picture unrelated to the first to my project it would break it. Thus this Xcode project was ruined because I couldn't add any new pictures to it.
I opened a new project in Xcode and copied the entire thing over and got it running again. Everything worked until I added this picture to my project which again broke my project. Like the first project, this new one would also break when adding any additional images.
I need to create over 150 images for my app and while the people over at reddit.com/r/picrequests have been able to do my cropping for me, I need to be able to do it myself. Unfortunately somehow doing it myself tanked my project. Any ideas as to why?
Thanks
